This home in the community of Richmond, Calgary was brought to us to do an extensive renovation for the upstairs as it was dated and “old” feeling. HBMV got right down to work to coordinate with the client’s budget needs and expectations as well as timelines. The project required to start right from the studs and completely open the space. The color pallet was carefully selected to the client’s taste. We are proud say that this in-depth renovation lead to our clients having a return on investment of over six figures.
