2. Presentation

This is where after discussing the detailed vision of the project, we strategically plan and create a specific budget. At that point, we start turning dreams into reality one brick at a time.

3. Design & Drafting

All our homes are created and drawn by some of the best architects and design teams in Calgary bringing the vision to life. Any changes or requests to plans would be created here allowing a full submersion of the vision.

4. Interior Design

Working carefully with our interior designer, the mood boards and colour pallets are then custom catered to the character and vibe each property brings. This is where the creativity and quality starts coming to play.

5. Construction

Our team now comes to execute the construction part of the home. With a hyper focus on detail and craftsmanship, our team ensures the home will be within the budget and timeline planned. Every step is communicated between trades and HMBV and Clients.

6. Dreams to reality

Finally, the project is completed! We have done numerous walk throughs to ensure the house is held to our standard of completion before listing the home or handing over the keys to the property. With that in mind customer experience is our main focus and we can guarantee that you won’t forget us!

7. Follow up

HBMV puts a heavy focus on customer experience and service, our team will reach out after 3 months to ensure everything has exceeded the client’s expectations. After that every 6 months one of our team members will continue to follow up for any support or service required with the new home!
